Didn't sleep well at all! Usually don't before I have to give a training class. I especially hate when I have to write all of the traning material! I never feel that I have it right. Either I have too much information or not enough and the class never goes the way I expect. If I think it will go badly, everything is great and if I think I have it all covered, the class goes to hell! Not sure what to expect from today's class, so who knows what is going to happen now.

It is a BizTalk 2004 class, so I find it fascinating and interesting, but I know that some of the older guys in the class, the cobol guys, aren't getting it. There are also some people in the class who already have used BizTalk, so there are bored to death. If I make it too interesting for one group, I leave the other behind. Ah, to have the luxuxy of chosing my audience...

So, now I get to drive 2 and a half hours, give 6 hours worth of material and drive back. The drives to and fro are bad, because I worry the whole way there and over-analyize the whole way back. My own personal torture. I hope the QT has some antacids...

Why can't I just code and develop applicaitons? Is all this interaction with people really necessary?
